A week from tomorrow morning our Hospice Fun Cup ride will be getting under way! This is very exciting as we’ve been planning this ride for sometime. To register or make a donation you can visit http://www.hospicecupride.com/. There you will see several options in the menu on the left for how you can get involved. You can also check out the event right here on our events blog by going to the Hospice Events tab, and then going to the Hospice Fun Cup on the drop down menu. We really hope to see you all there! Let’s ride in memory of loved ones past and raise some money for Hospice!!

For anyone who loves to get down and buggy, our Blues For Hospice event is going on this weekend on Sunday! Event starts at noon at the War Vets Rec on Fluvanna Ave and should be a great time. If you are looking for more info on this you can hit our “Hospice Events” tab and scroll down the menu to “Blues For Hospice”. It is so exciting watching the olympic games! Especially when local western NY’ers like Jenn Suhr of Fredonia, Matt Anderson of West Seneca, Ryan Lochte originally of Rochester, and Jake Kaminski of Buffalo are not only competing but winning medals on the international level! It also makes you realize how important an active lifestyle is and personally gets me excited for our upcoming Hospice Fun Cup bike ride in Lakewood! The event is on Sept 1st and allows cyclists of all levels and children an opportunity to get out on their bike and ride 5, 20, 35, or 50 mile routes. The event is in conjunction with Kids Day and will not only feature live music after the ride by Harbor Nights, but we will also have vendors and raffles going all morning.
